Usually it wouldn't be that difficult but apparently there's some kind of "apartment drought" going on. One guy at an apartment finding service shared his theory that it's a "renters bubble." That "no one's buying, so everyone's renting. Six years in this business, I've never seen it this bad."
It doesn't help that we're looking on such short notice.
