The crew washers and dryers are mostly broken, so it’s tempting, but risky, to use the crew laundry service. Things get lost, and don’t bother sending something down with specific instructions.

I’ve heard that sometimes clothes come back purple. I’m not sure how that happens. But I just received a laundry delivery and I now own almost exclusively purple underwear.

Here’s the weird thing about getting your underwear back in a different color: It’s hard to be 100% certain they’re actually yours. I mean, they are mine, they’re the right size, and I recognize most of them even now that they’re purple, but there are one or two pairs that I’m just not completely sure about.
